Let me introduce myself

 

My name is Tracy Grant. And I love the challenge of change.

I’ve lived in some wonderful – and some not so wonderful – areas of the UK and Europe. I’ve personally encountered the emotional rollercoaster of moving home on many occasions and have first-hand experience of how overwhelming and challenging this life-changing event can be.

What do I know about it?

With an abundance of property related experience, over the years, I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t when it comes to moving home.

I’m very well connected with a wealth of professional contacts that I can draw on across London and the South of England. These include estate agents, property search agents, mortgage advisors, solicitors, surveyors, home-staging consultants and so on.

Combine this with over 25 years’ working in sales, customer service and as a Personal Assistant. It means I can utilise all that knowledge and expertise.

As a Home Move Coordinator, I use that experience along with my strong multi-tasking and organisational skills to help you make the best use of your time and create a new life for you and your family – starting with finding your new home.

But who am I, really?

I’ve now settled in the beautiful county of Somerset where I live with my husband, teenage daughter and German Shepherd dog, Rupert.

I enjoy long walks in the picturesque countryside and I’m an avid dog lover with a special interest in canine psychology. I’m also a yoga fanatic and love nothing better than striking a pose and finding my zen – a hobby that's beneficial to my work by keeping me calm, relaxed and focused.

And… I have a simple philosophy: ‘Back to Basics’

I have a friendly, proactive approach and I’m a stickler for attention to detail. I offer a traditional, good old‑fashioned service delivering that exceptional, first class customer experience you absolutely deserve – something that’s so rare these days.

Investigating suitable locations and local amenities

Your lifestyle requirements are as equally important as finding the right property.

We can check out suitable locations and local amenities such as schools, healthcare and leisure facilities, as well as those essentials that are overlooked sometimes, like broadband speeds and mobile phone signals.

Concierge support

Once you’ve found your new property and all the legalities are underway, you may require support with the logistics of moving home and this is where we can help with organising a removals company, utilities, insurance, tradesmen, change of address etc.
